Joaquin Castillo Arana as Adam

Raised by a pack of she wolves and mountain men in the foothills of New Mexico, Joaquin Castillo Arana currently hails from the glorious city by bay.  A seasoned marathon runner who dabbles in the sport of triathlon and martial arts, Joaquin is continually inspired by the creative works in his clan of cohorts such as Monique Jenkinson, Pam Doré and Carl R. Jaeger.  He brings a passion for  the collaborative and creative process of story telling through film making to his “We” family. Joaquin cut his teeth working as a commercial actor, print, fashion and art model and most recently as a television segment producer and lead reporter for bay area TV news magazine, QTV, “We” is his film debut.

 

James Wagner  as Sam

Born in Newport Beach California, his early life was dedicated to sports and theatre. James received an MFA from The American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco in May 2008. He has performed in more than 50 stage and film productions. He currently lives in San Francisco, doing theatre and film, saving money to move to either New York or Los Angeles. His purpose is to serve through great acting.

 

Carolyn Grenier as Mrs. Stapleton

Carolyn Grenier started acting only three years ago because she needed a hobby and it was too wet for golf. She does commercials and print ads to pay for her habit of acting classes with the Marin Actors’ Workshop and others. Carolyn develops her characters from the shoes up and sees acting as the most important psychological, personal and soul work she’s ever done. She lives in Novato with her imaginary boyfriend, Raoul, and Shih Tzu, Bailey. It was a particular privilege to be with this cast and project and see Mrs. Stapleton soften, grow and change.


Facundo Ginobili  as Ryan

Facundo hails from Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was first bitten by the acting bug at an early age always eager to participate in all of his school plays. He landed his  most important role during his senioryear in high school where he played the psychopath Martin Burnet in ”Sleeping with the Enemy”.  Having a finance background, Facundo yearned to get away from the spreadsheets and revitalize his actingcareer with “We”, his on-screen debut.  When Facundo isn’t acting, he enjoys cooking Italian cuisine and traveling throughout the world. He currently lives in San Francisco.

 

Lita Reyes  as Dr.  Hartnett 

Lita Reyes made her acting debut in fourth grade at Little Creek Elementary’s world premiere of The Wizard of Oz.  She was the wicked witch of the west.  Although she continues to dabble in moving and still pictures, she is an accomplished business development and marketing executive with a proven track record of results in both corporate and social entrepreneurship environments.  She delivers breakthrough impact with innovation and thought leadership by bringing order to chaos, clarity through effective communication, and expertise to increase sales or raise funds. Lita is exceptionally effective at networking and presenting to executives, and is passionate about the intersection of money and meaning.  She dedicates her performance to her grandmother, Beatrice.

 

Solana Crawford as the Nurse

Solana started her acting career on the stages of Buenos Aires, Argentina. In the year 2000 she not only moved to San Francisco, but also to acting for the camera. She loves her business woman, graphic designer carrer as much as saying lines over and over to the sound of “Action!”. Solana has been in a few independent movies in the Bay Area as well as collaborating in Students’ projects. She is the Chief Design Officer of Design About Town, an advertising and design agency based in San Francisco, CA. Design About Town specializes in web design, mobile design, print, radio and television advertising for the both the English and Spanish speaking world. 


Abel Lima as Donna

Born and raised in Rhode Island, Abel Lima graduated with a B.A. in Communications.  While working on his degree he got his first feel of production in his final years of college.  Shortly after relocating to San Francisco he started interning at Artemis Film.  While learning a lot about the business hands on and helping with the production of the film WE, Abel lent his artistic talents in helping create the storyboards for the film.  Wanting to now build a career with his drawing skills he is currently pursuing his second degree in Media Arts and Animation.
