We is a film about two men trying to put their marriage back together. I believe strongly that whether you are gay or straight, all marriages take work, have problems and can struggle a bit. I think there is something common in all people, whether gay or straight, as to how to keep a marriage strong. We all have doubts, we all must find ways to keep our own identity, while committing to someone else we love.

If we have finished filming why do we still need funds?

The post production process can be quite costly. It can help your film be truly great, or seem like you did not take care in finishing it well. Even a great gift can suffer if it is wrapped poorly.

We still need money for:

Sound Design
Color Correction
Music Rights
Marketing
Public Relations
Festival Entry Fees
Screenings
and more.

Many people have already donated props, locations, money, time and energy to this project and I am grateful to all of you. If you believe in this art form, and if you believe in We, please feel free to donate any amount you like that you think will help us. No amount is too large or too small. Gay marriage needs a voice, and “We” is just one small part.
